:"As each one has received a gift, use it to server one another as good stewards of God's varied grace." - 1 Peter 4:10

Time - Talent - Treasure

Treasure

There are numerous ways to financially support our parish through your gift of treasure.

Regular Stewardship

As a community of stewards, we hope that all of our members prayerfully consider tithing at least 5% of their gross income to our parish and 5% to charity, especially those charities that assist the needs of the poor.  The tithe means to give one-tenth of your first fruits to the Lord - for the support of the community and for the poor.

St. Charles now has available direct withdraw to make your weekly contributions easier.  Please contact the Parish Office for forms and more information.

Directed Giving

If you would like your gift to be directed toward a special need or specific purpose, such as the upcoming Centennial Celebration or a special Church or School need, please contact the Parish Office.

Matching Funds

Many companies will sponsor matching gifts for charitable donations made by their employees.  Your employer may make a matching gift to our church or school.  Please contact your company's Human Resource Department for information on their support and policies of Matching Funds donations.

Planned Giving

Help support St. Charles Parish for years to come.  Make St. Charles Parish a beneficiary of your will or trust.  If you would like help or more information about doing this, please contact the Parish Office.

Special Fundraisers

Most of our parish ministries sponsor fundraisers to meet their budgetary needs.  Information on current fundraisers may be found in the parish bulletin or by viewing the school website.  Some of our more regular fundraisers include:

bulletSpring Pig Roast
bulletFall Festival
bulletAnnual Golf Outing
bulletSpaghetti Dinner
bulletMarket Day
bulletSchoolPop
bulletToner/Printer Cartridge Recycling

Time & Talent

There are almost countless ways of giving of your time & talent.  Our parish family is made stronger and better through your involvement.  To get involved, explore these two options, and always check the Bulletin to see learn about new opportunities to support our Parish community.

Parish Committees

While our Parish is of a spiritual nature, there is a great deal of secular activities that are required for the planning, maintaining and organizing that keeps it growing.  The Parish has committees for Buildings & Grounds, Finance, Liturgy and School, and these committees are always looking for more assistance.  Check out the Parish Committees page to find out more.

Parish Services

St. Charles is a parish of giving.  Many parishioners give their time to share their talents at mass in such roles as Lectors, Eucharistic Ministers, Ushers and Musicians.  Many others lend their talents outside of our weekend services with sharing meals, preparing food for funerals, and our Holy Dusters.  Please visit the Parish Services page to learn more about how to get involved with these ministries.
